30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Fragrances must be unopened and sealed.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@m2bglobal.co with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, including shipping.
